Viewing Reports

Once a report is saved, and distribution has been configured, the end user can access the report to view results. The Insight reports for Management Solutions can be viewed from the relevant Report section of the Home tab or from the SmartInsight link under the Administrator Tool tab.

Follow the steps below to view a SmartInsight report from the Administrator Tool tab.

1. From the SmartSolve Portal page, click the Administrator Tool tab > Designer section > SmartInsight.
   Result: The SmartInsight Report List window displays a list of reports currently available for viewing.
2. Select the report to be viewed by left clicking on the report name.
   Result: The report is displayed.
